    How to use your tooth tablets:

    • For best results, use the powder mouthwash first.
    • Pop one tablet in your mouth, chew until it forms a paste, then gently brush your teeth and gums with a soft toothbrush. Spit if needed, don't rinse.

    You can also use as a prebiotic breath mint when needed during the day.

    Suitable for adults and children over 4.

    More versatile than a paste

    Love the ingredients...quite handy being a tablet, which is smaller than I was expecting, so sometimes I've used two. I also like the idea that you can carry a few around with you and use one to refresh the teeth after eating. It is taking a bit of an adjustment to it not being a paste when brushing, but I'm getting there and will be buying a refill soon.

    I've never tried tooth tablets before and this was an interesting experience. The soft mint flavor is the perfect amount of subtle and fresh. I love the packaging and sustainability. My first few times chewing the tablets was a new sensation but I quickly got used to it.

    Purchased these tooth tablets for my wife who suffers from Dementia. It has been impossible for her to clean her teeth but she will take these Natural Tooth Tablets.
