    How to use

    How to use your tooth tablets:

    • For best results, use the powder mouthwash first.
    • Pop one tablet in your mouth, chew until it forms a paste, then gently brush your teeth and gums with a soft toothbrush. Spit if needed, don't rinse.

    You can also use as a prebiotic breath mint when needed during the day.

    Suitable for adults and children over 4.

    Great you're thinking about the environment

    I'm happy with the operation of the bag but have no idea how compostable it actually is once I bin it as I don't get to see it breaking down. I only have your word for it :). I do love that I can buy refill tablets rather than the whole cardboard container again too.

    I use once/day in evening - feels like my teeth are well cleaned. And I've noticed are also less sensitive. I've only tried the soft mint - fresh, but not too strong. Happy I discovered these! Love the refillable option.
